The new school year starts on Thursday 7th September.
Christ Church Infant and Nursery School is that it is completely focused on the younger age range and this allows the school to be a beacon of early years learning in Newark.
We are a small friendly school and we work hard to be a caring community where we value all of our pupils. We believe that we should be approachable and strive to work in partnership with parents and carers to provide the best education for our pupils.
The school has a really exciting approach to the early year’s curriculum which we call “Learning in the Moment” This centres learning around the children’s interests and provides a solid foundation for further learning.
In Key Stage One we have introduced the Cornerstones creative curriculum with a new Imaginative learning project each half term. In September 2017 we will begin with the Beachcombers Topic.
We work in collaboration with Coddington Primary School and work closely together sharing curriculum and expertise.
If you are looking for a friendly creative school for your child please get in touch to book a visit.
