We are an inclusive community in which all members, regardless of their ability, age, gender, sexual orientation, ethnic, religious, cultural or social background, are encouraged to live and work together harmoniously. We are a busy but happy Church school, with lots going on. Christian values are prominent at Christ Church. We believe that care and nuture lie at the heart of quality education, and a happy, caring and stimulating environment encourages children to work to the best of their ability. We provide a happy, caring and safe learning environment for all within a Christian context where they feel valued and grow in confidence and independence.

What to Find at Christ Church

Happiness through a creative, exciting and practical curriculum. Generating a love of, and interest in, learning.

Strong Self Esteem arising from well-motivated attitudes to learning, a healthy lifestyle, good social skills, self-discipline and a positive self-image.

Achievement throughout the curriculum and help for all pupils to fulfil their potential regardless of gender, race or ability.

Respect for all by establishing good relations between the school and home, church and community. Children will learn respect for themselves, others and the environment.

Children are taught Responsibility for their actions and belongings.

We encourage Truth and honesty in all aspects of school life – relationships, work and the curriculum.

We develop Spirituality so that calm, quiet, reflective times, including prayer, are part of school life and beauty and kindness are appreciated.

Our website aims to give you a taste of the school, as well as providing regular updated information for both parents, carers, families and pupils.
